ATTENTION
The Indiana State Department of Health’s Immunization Division issued new childhood and adult eligibility policies for publicly funded vaccines. As of January 1, 2012, Madison County Health Department will be reserving vaccines for families whom either lack the ability to pay for vaccinations or lack the insurance to cover them.

The Madison County Health Department maintains regularly scheduled immunization clinics for both children and adults. All scheduled clinics require no individual appointments and donations are accepted.
Locations: Madison County Health Dept. 206 E 9th Street, Anderson, IN 46016 or Elwood YMCA, 1620 Main St., Elwood, IN 46036 where indicated
Children's Immunization Clinic for children 18 and under:
Every Tuesday and Thursday 9:00am - 12:00pm
1st and 3rd Thursday of the Month 4:30pm - 6:30pm
3rd Wednesday of the Month 9:30am - 12:00pm (Elwood YMCA)
Adult Immunization Clinic for individuals over 18 years of age:
Tuesdays 8:15am - 9:00pm
Thursdays 2:00pm - 3:30pm
A $20 donation for adult flu shots is requested. However, no one will be turned away for the inability to pay.
Special Immunization Clinics are scheduled as needed, depending on certain public health needs. announcements of these special clinics are posted in a variety of local media. For more information call 765-646-9206
