Tuberculosis skin testing is offered on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9 to 11am and 2 to 3:30 pm. Individuals receiving tests must return in 48 to 72 hours to have test read. A $2.00 donation is requested to cover costs.
Nurses investigates, medicate, and provides case management of those with active disease. Periodic classes are held for area health care providers to train for proper placing and reading of TB skin tests. Educational updates on the disease are also provided.
